Shrapnel (Gully) Valley was under constant sniper fire and was ranged by Turkish artillery but there were no Turkish "gun sections" there to shoot this brave Australian Officer.

Two days and a night lying wounded, only to be later rescued? Yeah right...

Cowardly Turks & Germans don't like the bayonet. Not like "brave Anzacs" who enjoy getting stuck in the gizzard with a long sharp knife.

On August 6 the Aussies were nowhere near Suvla Bay. They never were.

The "lonesome pine plateau" was in fact Lone Pine.

Here we manage to include the "stalwart heroes of Australian cricket" even if they do have to take second place to the "Test Match Bomb Team" of Quinn's Post.

Strange....

probably need Shane Warne and Glenn McGrath.

See, even Australian millionaires won't be pushed around by the Army.

They insist on finishing their work in the mineshaft before being relieved.

Where or why they are digging a mineshaft (8 foot high with timber supports) on Gallipoli is not mentioned.
