| British VCs of
the Gallipoli Campaign are of two types.
The larger group is Army and Royal Marines and Royal Navy, all of whom were awarded their VC for ground action. The second type is the awards for the Dardanelles. These were awards to men of the Royal Navy at sea. See below. Note the dates.
